On the afternoon of October 20th, 2025, PR Lighting welcomed trainees from the "Panyu District Youth Job Skills Training Program." Through activities such as visits and exchanges, we helped young trainees understand industry development trends, corporate recruitment standards, and hiring processes, thereby enhancing their employability.
Our HR supervisor provided a detailed introduction of PR Lighting's development history and then led the trainees of the training program on a tour of the stage light show hall and the landscape and cultural tourism experience center.
During the interactive session, the trainees actively asked questions, engaging in lively discussions on topics such as career development paths, job application techniques, and industry prospects. Our HR head patiently answered these questions, sharing practical insights on workplace communication skills and industry-specific knowledge based on current trends and job requirements, which inspired the trainees to reflect on and plan for their future career paths.
